PRICES AND PAYMENT
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. At checkout, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment.
Payment terms are specified at checkout depending on the chosen payment method.

If an item is marked with the wrong price, we will contact you to either get the price changed or cancel the order. We reserve the right to change and correct prices that are incorrect.
COMPANY INVOICE
The due date and other terms for the company invoice are stated on the invoice. For invoice payments, the payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK and a late payment interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.
If incorrect billing information has been provided by the purchaser and a credit needs to be made, a billing fee will be charged to cover the administrative costs of billing.
The invoice is handled by Fortnox Finans AB (orgnr:556949-9824).

CREDIT CHECK
When applying for payment via company invoice, a customary credit check is carried out, which may involve obtaining a credit report.
PAYMENT TERMS

TRANSFER
All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 (”Svea Bank”). All payments related to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.
GDPR
When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB and we will then share the corporate customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is responsible for the personal data for the claims that we have transferred to Svea Bank. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our policy extends 14 days from the received delivery, and after this period, we unfortunately can no longer offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
For a canceled purchase, 70-100% of the sales value is refunded. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Non-stocked items
- Electronic items where the seal is broken
- Sales items unfortunately cannot be refunded
- Special ordered goods outside the regular assortment
- Custom-made items (e.g. Multi-Rib Belts (Poly-V), Timing Belts, Power Bands, linear guides, shafts, etc.)
WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS USED
You are obliged to keep the item in as good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, you may carefully examine the. If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery.

AGENT
Shipments that have not been collected from the agent before being returned to Remlagret.se will incur a return fee from the transport company of 250 SEK incl. VAT. This amount will be invoiced to you as a customer for uncollected packages or deducted upon return.
WARRANTIES AND SERVICE
We provide a 1-year warranty for quality defects and not for normal wear and tear.
DELIVERIES
The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated for each item.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If you have chosen cash on delivery as the shipping method, your goods remain at the post office for four weeks. Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fees, and processing fees, currently 200 SEK.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
An item that is marked as a special order item at the time of purchase cannot be canceled within the accepted order period, but only after this period has passed. Special order items cannot be returned after delivery has occurred.
REFUND OBLIGATION
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item or, if it is a service, the notice that you have changed your mind. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send back the item.
POLICY
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. Contact us in that case via email.

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY TO NORWAY
For orders to Norway, special rules regarding VAT, customs, and import fees apply. By making a purchase from Norway, the buyer accepts the terms below.
1. PRICES AND VAT
- All prices on our website are shown excluding Swedish VAT.
- For deliveries to Norway, the goods are sold without Swedish VAT, as the sale is considered an export.
- Norwegian VAT (MVA) is added upon import and charged by the Norwegian Customs or the carrier according to applicable regulations.
2. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES
- The buyer is responsible for paying any customs fees upon import to Norway.
- The customs fee depends on the nature and value of the goods and is determined by the Norwegian Customs.
- The carrier may charge a handling fee for administering customs clearance.
3. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT OF FEES
- Any fees related to import, including Norwegian VAT and customs, are paid by the buyer directly to the carrier or Norwegian Customs upon delivery.
- If the fees are not paid, the goods may be returned to us or held by customs.
- We are not responsible for extra costs or delays arising from import handling.
4. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the goods can be imported into Norway and that all applicable fees are paid.
