SKF's large induction heater to 220m/MV is a reliable and robust induction heater. It is suitable for heating layers up to a maximum weight of 300 kg (660 lbs) and fixed components up to a maximum weight of 150 kg (330 lbs).
Advanced design of power electronics including power and overheating control, combined with user-friendly features such as shooting arms and remote control is standard in TIH ... M series. Folding warehouse arms allow layers of larger diameter to be heated and reduce the risk of the layer overturning during heating.
Maximum efficiency is achieved by placing the induction coil outside the heater, in the middle of the layer, resulting in shorter heating time and lower energy consumption.
LED operation display and control panel are integrated into a remote control, which makes the heater easy to use. To fit different operating voltages all over the world, there are TiH 220m in different voltage variants.
